We are finishing our vetting of the first caregivers now. Every one is identity checked against their Ghana Card and reference checked before they ever meet a family. Where a caregiver has gone further — police clearance, paediatric first aid, child protection training — her profile shows it, with the date. We would rather show you the evidence than ask you to take our word for it.
